i found the location convenient for accessing major attractions. the nearby station made travel easy. my room looked just like the photos. breakfast offered ample choice. the wifi worked perfectly.
the lifts were a bit slow sometimes.

easy access nearby shops
the location offered easy access to many theaters and shops nearby. charing cross rail and tube station was very close.
The bar area suffered from slow service. Staff seemed overwhelmed and getting served took a long time.

early check in friendly staff breakfast queue outdated requirement
gigi at reception gave a warm welcome. she allowed us early check in, it was lovely. the hotel have a central location, is very clean, and spacious. all the staff were also very friendly.
checking in require £25 pre auth. i was on a business account, and it felt seriously outdated. there was also a 15 min wait for breakfast, it was disappointing, and i think they need more covers.
