gigi at reception gave a warm welcome. she allowed us early check in, it was lovely. the hotel have a central location, is very clean, and spacious. all the staff were also very friendly.
checking in require £25 pre auth. i was on a business account, and it felt seriously outdated. there was also a 15 min wait for breakfast, it was disappointing, and i think they need more covers.
